Due to the nature of the material for this item there may be very minor dents and scratches that will not affect the overall look or quality of the product. We will not send an item that does not meet our quality standards; however if you feel your sign has been damaged in shipping or you are not satisfied please reach out to us so we can address your concerns.

Ahead of completing the final product, we always send our customers a proof of what they’re purchasing. If we do not receive a response or approval within 3-4 business days of a proof being sent, we will assume that you trust our judgement in moving forward with the process.

The production process of our personalized items depends on how intricate the work is, and the items themselves. We give a general window of 7-10 business days to complete work on our house number signs but unfortunately, shipping time estimates aren’t up to us. Depending on your location, our courier could have your order shipped within a week of it being placed, but it can take around two to reach you. You can choose express shipping at check out to receive your item within ~3 business days if you’d like.
