After your order is placed we’ll be in contact with you via Etsy messaging to collect some design notes before beginning work on your banner’s layout. The production process of our personalized items depends on how intricate the work is, and the items themselves. We give a general window of 3-5 business days to complete work on any given item but unfortunately, shipping time estimates aren’t up to us. Our courier should have your order shipped within a week of it being placed, but it can take up to two.
