Ahead of completing the final product, we always send our customers a proof of what they’re purchasing. If we do not receive a response or approval within 3-4 business days of a proof being sent, we will assume that you trust our judgement in moving forward with the process. The production process of our personalized items depends on how intricate the work is, and the items themselves. We give a general window of 7 business days to complete work on any given item but unfortunately, shipping time estimates aren’t up to us. These ornaments are shipped with unregistered mail (slow). Depending on your location, our courier could have your order shipped within a week of it being placed, but it can take around two to reach you. You can choose express shipping at check out for a faster shipping option.
