If you’d like yours customized differently from the original, be sure to vaguely describe what you’d like in the ‘Personalization’ section and we’ll be sure to follow up with you to get more information. Also, choose the colour/inclusion of a bottle opener as a variation (some colours may or may not be stocked).

Ahead of completing the final product, we always send our customers a proof of what they’re purchasing. If we do not receive a response or approval within 3-4 business days of a proof being sent, we will assume that you trust our judgement in moving forward with the process.
Free shipping is through Canada Post letter mail WITHOUT tracking. This means that neither you as the customer OR us as the vendor have any extra information on the status of your order’s delivery outside of the original arrival estimate. If you’d like to add tracking to your order, you can add it on as a shipping upgrade at checkout – $12 for tracking within Canada, and $15 within the United States.
We can arrange for you to pick up your order if you’re local! Just use coupon code LOCALPICKUP22 at checkout, and we’ll hold onto it for you so it can be picked up at our retail location, which is located at: 73 Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia.
The production process of our personalized items depends on how intricate the work is, and the items themselves. We give a general window of 5-10 business days to complete work on any given item but unfortunately, shipping time estimates aren’t up to us. Depending on your location, our courier could have your order shipped within a week of it being placed, but it can take around two to reach you.You can choose express shipping at check out to receive your item within ~3 business days if you’d like.
